1. The TsukkiYama Exchange is run through a gift exchange collection on Ao3. As such, an Ao3 account is needed to participate.2. Participants sign up. This is not an application-based event; everyone who signs up gets to participate. In their sign-up, each person makes both a request and an offer.3. Everyone is assigned one giftee (a person they are creating for) and one gifter (the person who is creating for them). You will have 9 weeks from the time of matches to the due date to create a gift based on the prompts you received from your giftee.4. Participants will submit their work through Ao3 by the due date. Your work will be unrevealed and anonymous. Starting on the posting date, works will be gradually revealed while the creators remain anonymous.5. After all the works have been shared, the creators of the gifts will be revealed simultaneously! Until the reveal, the identities of the creators must remain secret. Shhh!

What is a Gift Exchange?
An Exchange is an event where you agree to create one complete, standalone written work or art piece, in exchange for somebody else's creation! You will be assigned a giftee to create for, who will provide prompts and preferences that you will adhere to. In turn, you will provide your own prompts and preferences that will guide the creation of your own gift!Who can participate?
Anybody over the age of 16 who agrees to adhere to the event and discord server rules is welcome to participate in the TsukkiYama Exchange.Can I include other ships in my creation?
You are welcome to include any background ships and characters that your giftee is open to receiving, but the focus of your work must be TsukkiYama only and you must abide by your giftee's 'Do-Not-Wants'.Can I create or request NSFW content?
If you are 18+, you are allowed to request NSFW creations from your gifter. However, you must also provide alternative SFW prompts, as your gifter is not obligated to create anything they are not comfortable with.If you are 18+, you can choose to create something in line with the NSFW prompts from your giftee. However, you must respect any 'Do-Not-Wants' provided by your giftee.Minors will not be allowed to engage with NSFW content, and will not be paired with those who request NSFW content.
